The Retail Fashion Advisor is the customer service specialist of the store. • Prepare and present quotations / commercial proposals in order to follow up on sales matters.
• Work with the Product Manager to create high quality proposals for the customers, while aligning to customers’ needs.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Implement and execute all business plans, while aligning to our corporate goals, to achieve sales performance target.
• Liaise closely with the Technical Manager to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of systems and services to the customers.
• Work with Network Support team on customers’ enquiries and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
