Project Coordinator (Dip/2yrexp/East)
Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
· Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
· Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
· Monitor and track project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
· Assist in coordinating and allocating resources required for the project.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
· Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
· Provide support to project teams as needed, including arranging meetings, preparing materials, and assisting with logistics.
· Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
· Assist in tracking project expenses and managing budgetary constraints.
· Prepare regular status reports on project progress and administrative activities.
· Assist in analyzing project data and administrative processes for continuous improvement.
· Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution or in administrative matters.
· Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any Engineering Field / Business Administration
· At least of 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail oriented with a proactive and problem solving mindset.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
· At least 2 years of experience in Project Management
