Job Responsibilities

• Provide sales and customer support to the sales team
• Attend to all sales enquiries, follow-up and resolve problems arising for sales order
• Coordinate and correspond with customer on sales orders status
• Follow up with distributors on stock replenishment
• Manage forecast and planning information from customers
• Prepare and provide monthly sales result and sales analysis
• Work closely with customer service division on order delivery and shipment schedules
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Degree / Diploma in Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies
• 2-3 years of experience customer service, Shipping / logistics, order processing
• Independent and able to work in a team
• Possess good communication skills and able to interact with all levels
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS office applications

· Salary : $S3,000.00 – S$3,500.00
