Position: Sales Coordinator

Salary: $2,200-$2,700
Working Days: 5.5 days (After 3 mths probation alternate Sat)
Working Hours: 830am-530pm; 830am-12pm
Location: Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Handling sales enquiries;
• Preparing quotations;
• Order processing;
• Coordinate with operations team;
• Support project team for project sales

Requirements:

• Experience in sales / administrative roles
• Basic computer / MS office literacy

Responsibilities :

• Communicating with clients and internal departments enquiries.
• Assist the sales and operation team on daily administration work.
• Collaborating with sales team and fabricators to meet required budget.
• Handle and process orders.
• Delegating task to appropriate fabricators to meeting deadlines.
• Attend to customer's viewing of materials as and when required.
• Overseeing delivery of goods and make adjustment as necessary to ensure specifications are met.
• Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure goods delivered on time.
• Collect and analyses feedback from customers and other departments to further improve on operation flow.
• involvement in regular stock take and assist to ensure proper accounting of goods in the inventory system.
• Other assigned duties assigned by operation manager.

Requirements :

• Possess ‘N’, ‘O’ level, ITE or equivalent qualification
• Positive attitude, team player, committed, meticulous and responsible.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
• No Experience Required

• Somerset
• Mon-Fri 10am -7pm / Sat 10am - 6pm
• 6 days off per month
• S$ 2,500 - 3,500 (Depending on experience) + Commission pay

Job Description:

• Answering calls
• Schedule appointments for client
• Recommend and assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Roster customers to their therapist
• Possess a warm and friendly attitude to welcome customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• Good telephone etiquette
• Preferably with experience in similar/related industry; Spa, Hotels, Airlines, Customer Service and etc.
