Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
• Position Title: Sales Engineer
• Working Location: Tuas West
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (One Saturday per month, 9am – 12pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by expanding the customer base.
• Prepare detailed sales reports, monitor project progress
• Act as the primary point of contact between various suppliers and customers to meet project and sales objectives.
• Contribute to achieving the company’s overall sales and marketing goals by aligning with the strategic plans.
• Manage any additional tasks assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Brand Advocacy: Promote and represent the ONLY brand with passion and a deep understanding of all our services, effectively communicating our value to clients.
• Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed assigned personal and company sales targets, leveraging your experience in handling and closing high-ticket sales.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficiency and profitability of the outlet by overseeing daily operations, including devising sales plans and managing customer care and administrative programs.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
• Customer Relationship Management: Actively follow up and maintain strong after-sales relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and exceptional service experiences.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Saturday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Full-time, permanent position with flexibility required based on operational needs.

Training and Development:

• Comprehensive 2 weeks training program by experienced Aestheticians including hands-on skills for a variety of device-based aesthetic treatments for Face, Skin, Body, and Scalp.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a beauty sales role with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Relevant CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or other beauty and wellness certifications will be a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition and personality.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Competent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
• Possessing great leadership qualities.
• Positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and treatments.
• Previous management experience in a beauty or wellness setting.

Sales & Marketing Executive/ Manager

Job Description & Requirements

• Maintain existing and visit new specialists, doctors building rapport and develop new business opportunities
• Assist to develop marketing strategies and execution.
• Develop & maintain relationships with vendors such as suppliers, insurance company etc.
• Market research on demand for existing products/services for sales strategies.
• Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research
• Identify potential customers segments in B2C and B2B
• Develop promotional packages to our clients
• Compilation of lists to describe our product and services.
• Building brand awareness and marketing positioning.
• Ability and experience to lead a team of sales executives to drive them to achieve sales target and be able to walk the ground.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience preferably with medical centre or healthcare-related and at least 8 years or more for Manager role.
• Diploma/ degree in business or marketing
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience in either customer service, medical or healthcare industry
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Sales driven to meet & introduce new clients to the company
• Able to do cold-calling.
