The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the execution of AV projects. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest

standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

2. Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Assisting warehousing operations
• Assist with distribution, loading, unloading and stock management of commodities & cargo

As an Electrical Project Manager in the project team, you will be responsible to provide high quality engineering services and specifications for the Planning, Design, Construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the success of the project. You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. · Carry out daily checks on the structural steel, architectural or metal works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections

· Take site measurement and issue work order

· Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawing

· Coordinate with site personnel, consultants and clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Logistical Coordination

• Support production logistics for overseas events, including travel arrangements, visa processing, accommodation bookings, and onsite office setup.
• Coordinate live remote streaming productions, liaising with commentators, suppliers, and clients.
• Research travel regulations, including work permits and medical requirements.

Operational Support

• Assist in managing production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency in all aspects of event production.
• Prepare pre- and post-event documentation, such as budgets, call sheets, commentary schedules, and reports.

Project Assistance

• Collaborate with the Production Manager and Producers on planning and executing production schedules to meet WTT’s standards and timelines.

Team Collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production coordination, ideally in sports broadcasting or live events.
• Familiar with budgeting, scheduling, and basic project coordination tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Basic understanding of risk assessment and compliance processes.
• A teamplayer with effective communication skills.
• Experience with production management software and tools.
