What You Will Do

• Ensure material fulfillment for engine production and keeping inventory at optimal level by optimizing active WIP and monitoring aging FG / WIP.

• Experience in monthly/quarterly materials forecast based on engine inductions to develop sourcing/mitigations strategies for parts to meet corporate Engine Turnaround targets
• Effective communications and organizational skills to work in cross functional/international business environment to drive supplier performance reviews and improvements
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Identify any unsafe condition or unsafe act which is carried out in the worksite.
• Recommend and assist the Occupier of the worksite to implement reasonable and practicable measures.
• Liaise with different departments on all safety and health matters.
• Conduct regular site inspections and takes appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health Regulations and other legislative requirements.
• Enforce all WSH requirements and in-house rules and regulations.
• Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/ incidents and recommend corrective and prevetive actions.
• Conduct training/ meeting/ briefing/ time-out to the workforce.
• Follow up on submission of SHE documents.
• Monitor the SHE performance in the worksite.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Advanced Certificate in WSH Level B and/or any relevant Safety Certificates.
• With at least 2 years of working experience in Tunnel construction projects.
• Experience in SMRT and LTA will be advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• This role may require rotating shift.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
2. Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed and regularly updated to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Promote awareness and adherence to safety guidelines across all levels of the organization.
4. Conduct regular safety inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards or safety violations.
5. Prepare and perform risk assessments (RA), SWP and FPP processes to minimize workplace risks.
6. Ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary, and hazards are reported and managed.
7. Maintain training records and ensure employees are up-to-date with required certifications and safety protocols.
8. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies and senior management.
9. Keep up-to-date with new and changing safety regulations and advise the organization on necessary adjustments.
10. Ensure proper reporting and documentation of workplace accidents, injuries, and near-misses.
11. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
12. Maintain records of incidents and safety inspections for compliance purposes.
13. Monitor the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that employees are trained to use it properly.
14. Ensure safety equipment, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, and other emergency tools are properly maintained and accessible.
15. Assist corporate HSE manager on EHS implementation.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.
2. Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.
3. Minimum two (2) years' of relevant safety experience.
4. Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health Act.
5. Knowledge of RC work activities and PTW system.
6. Knowledge in preparing EHS report.
7. Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
