Overview

Reporting to the Global Event and Tradeshow Manager, the Asia Pacific Event and Tradeshow Coordinator II role is responsible for ensuring that the Asia Pacific events strategy is implemented by working with key stakeholders on planning and executing assigned events in Asia Pacific.

Job Description

i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

ii) Work with the PM to draw up, implement and monitor effective environmental management plans, including reviewing them when necessary:

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Programme before work commences at the worksite.

· Prepare & submit to the PM the Site Environmental Control Report once every two weeks.

iii) Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities, equipment and operations do not pose any environmental health hazard;

iv) Inspect the on-site canteen, worker’s quarters, if any, and dining areas to ensure that good hygiene practices are being observed, and the areas are well maintained with good housekeeping.

v) Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities or potential lapses with the PM, and recommend corresponding measures to prevent or rectify such concerns;

vi) Attend to all feedback on any irregularities and inform the PM accordingly;

vii) Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector-borne or food-borne diseases at the construction site; and

viii) Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities, where required, to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.

ix) Conduct inspection of the ECM at the worksite in accordance to ECM plan

x) Maintain records of all inspections.

xi) Advice the PM & project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS & implement the EHSMS.

xii) Assist the PM identify any unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice which is carried out in the worksite;

xiii) Recommend to the PM to implement such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe work condition or unsafe work practice;

xiv) Assist the PM implement such reasonably practicable measures referred to in (xiii) or safe work procedures.

xv) Advice the PM & the project team members on the implementation of the EHSMS.

xvi) Implement the EHSMS.

xvii) Stop the work or recommend to the PM / WSHO to stop the work if it is deem not safe for the work to continue.

xviii) Inform the higher level of management (e.g. Project Director) if conflict between EHS issues & operational considerations at the worksite cannot be effectively resolved.

xix) Report to PM

xx) Perform any duties assigned by PM.

Job Requirements

• Registered ECO by NEA
• Diploma in Public Health
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health
• Min 3 years of experience in the building & construction industry

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design coordination and the development of 3D models to ensure they align with project schedules and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure all changes or instructions issued by consultants are accurately reflected in the 3D models.
• Manage the 3D model development process, ensuring timely delivery to facilitate coordination of MEP and other trade works.
• Identify discrepancies in consultants' drawings and collaborate to resolve them during the 3D model development process.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in BIM software and tools with excellent operational skills.
• Prior experience in LTA projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with a proven track record in at least two large-scale construction projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Position Responsibilities

Curriculum Leadership and Instructional Support

• Lead the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, blockchain, Web3, cybersecurity) into the TCR curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends, student needs, and strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with other subject areas to explore opportunities for emerging technologies in non-TCR contexts (e.g., AI in language analysis, blockchain in economics, or VR in science), fostering interdisciplinary innovation.
• Drive course development, including the reimagining of existing units and the creation of new courses in response to the High School course review.
• Contribute to High School instruction by teaching, when required, selected courses related to emerging technologies as new offerings are developed (e.g. AI Semester course in academic year 25/26)
• Partner with PLCs across disciplines to embed competencies, learning progressions, and innovative technologies into interdisciplinary units.
• Collaborate with the Office of Learning and divisional leaders to identify instructional needs, align standards, and support implementation efforts through timely feedback and adjustments.

Professional Development

• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to faculty across all divisions, building confidence and competence in integrating emerging technologies into their teaching practices.
• Partner with divisional leaders and PLC coaches to ensure consistent instructional practices and foster innovative teaching strategies across disciplines.
• Act as a resource and mentor for teachers in developing technology-rich instructional strategies in areas of TCR and beyond.

Strategic and Operational Leadership

• Collaborate with divisional and central leadership to align the TCR program and broader curricular innovation with the school’s strategic vision.
• Support the implementation of frameworks and policies for the ethical and responsible use of AI and emerging technologies.
• Support the exploration and integration of AI-driven tools into school operations and teaching practices across subject areas.
• Partner with the Office of Learning and divisional leaders to evaluate and refine curricular programs based on feedback and assessment data.

Community and Industry Engagement

• Facilitate partnerships with industry leaders, leveraging mentorship and internship opportunities for students and faculty in TCR and other disciplines.
• Act as an ambassador for the school’s innovation and emerging technology efforts across all areas of the curriculum and community.

Other Responsibilities

• Participate in professional learning opportunities, staying abreast of trends in emerging technologies and their application in education.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology and Innovation.

Position Requirements & Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in relevant field preferred
• Teaching license or a degree in education
• At least two years of full time teaching experience preferred
• Experience of instructional coaching, or related leadership experience preferred
• Expertise in emerging technologies, including but not limited to AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, blockchain, or Web3 preferred
• Experience in curriculum design and development, particularly in future-focused pathways preferred
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Centre Operations

• Assisting with overall operation at the Day Activity Centre for the visually impaired elderly clients and ensuring their safety.
• Planning and conducting recreational wellness programme such as physical exercise, psychosocial games, craftwork, cookery and seasonal festive activities suitable for the visually impaired clients.
• Discussing with Centre Supervisor and the team on finalizing the monthly lesson plan.
• Preparing resources and purchasing the necessary materials.
• Updating the weekly timetable to be printed and displayed in the main hall of the Day Activity Centre.
• Following the centre transport to fetch and send them back according to the duty roster.
• Following up on clients’ pertaining issue/s and highlight to supervisor and social workers when necessary.
• Able to work on ad hoc weekend commitment
• Manage and train volunteers in assisting with running of centre programmes
• Carrying out any ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Supervisor, Manager or Executive Director

Administrative & Reporting Duties

• Assist in enrolment of new clients and conduct necessary health assessments.
• Filling in the daily progress report of the clients’ attendance and grading at the end of each session as well as the learning outcomes of each session.
• Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining up-to-date client and volunteer records. Assist with audit preparations and documentation.

Maintenance and providing care

• Disinfecting the centre before and after the programme session
• Assist in serving clients’ meals and guiding clients to the toilet when needed
• Handling household tasks such as washing and sterilizing dishes
• Managing and restocking of food inventory (such as instant drinks and snacks for tea break)

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong passion and commitment to working with seniors who are visually handicapped.
• Preferably experienced in direct operational roles, especially in eldercare, including programme facilitation and needs assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual abilities with proficiency in dialects preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualification in eldercare or social services preferred.

MODEL & STANDARD:

• Ensure BIM Team follows LCBC BIM Guide & Standards
• Ensure BIM Team follows the Project (specific) BEP on naming, linkview, folder & file structure
• Advise BIM Team on the best methedology for modelling

COORDINATION:

• Establish the Master Drawing List and shop drawing schedule submission
• Schedule work for the BIM Team
• Ensure BIM Team has the latest updated information to prepare the LC shop drawings
• Review and highlight any non-compliance issues with regulatory authorities’ requirements
• To ensure all subcontractors' shop drawings information are incorporated into LCBC shop drawings before submission for approval
• Track and monitor LC shop drawings submission statues and ensure approval are obtain for work to proceed on site
• Coordinate subcontractors' details to ensure workability
• Prepare weekly Clash Detection Reports
• Ensure resolution and model is update correctly
• Attend Technical and BIM Coordination Meetings
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting for BIM Coordination Meetings

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience
• Proficient in Revit / AECOsim / Navisworks
• Good understanding of other trades

Job Description

1. Understand the contractual requirements specification and scope of works and ensure subcons / direct work force's works are carried out accordingly.

2. Plan, coordinate and supervise all T&C and coordinate and attend all inspections by RI and various authorities

Duties of Logistics Coordinator:

• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and stock management.
• Maintain high accuracy in receiving, picking, and Warehouse Management System (e.g., SAP) processes.
• Monitor and respond to emails and handle general inquiries efficiently.
• Sort and organize inventory in line with established procedures.
