• To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters.
• To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation.
• Supervise and lead an installation team on M&E services installation in construction environment.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/ civil engineering industry.
• Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential.
• Have experiences in working in large scale projects.
• Candidate with LTA- MRT experience advantage.
• To be based in project site office.
• 6 Working Days per week.
• Working Location: Tampines.

Job Description

This position will collect, process, input, organize and file data and documentation from various sources and stakeholders in order to support the administrative, documentation, data, reporting, compliance and communications needs of projects

• Provide routine administrative support to internal and external project management team members
• Responsible for preparation of construction drawings, using Revit and CAD software.
• Draft outline and detailed drawing(S) to the appropriate scale as required by the relevant authorities or customer's requirement
• Assist in preparation of project documentation required for submission of drawing
• Documentation control relating to all project activities at site
• Oversee project procurement management
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Engineer/ Project Manager

Requirements
- Experience in the related field is highly welcomed.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Minimum diploma qualification with knowledge in 2D, 3D AutoCAD software and Revit.
