JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the safety and security of the site by monitoring activities, providing training to staff, and responding to emergencies
• Manage staff schedules and tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry laws, regulations, and policies
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers
• Oversee the daily operations at the site, including customer service, inventory, order processing, and maintenance
• Monitor and adjust staff performance and provide guidance and feedback
• Maintain accurate records, including financial, personnel, and operational reports
• Coordinate PPE requirements and distribute accordingly

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have relevant Degree or Diploma in similar Field
• Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and security protocols
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must work in irregular shift patterns
• Willing to work long hours in weekends

Roles & Responsibilities

· Comply and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations.

· Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions, prepares inspection report for project team to take an immediate action.

· To investigate accidents / incidents / dangerous occurrences & put up reports & recommend remedial actions.

· Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting.

· Inspect project sites to ensure safety measures are being carried out at all times.

· To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site

· Work closely with WSHO and safety personnel to ensure safety are compliance

. Any ad-hoc job assigned by superior

· To participate in mass safety talk, tool box meeting and
housekeeping.

Requirements

· WSQ in Workplace Safety and Health.

· WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.

· Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Knowledge of ISO and OSHA safety standard.

· Team oriented, attentive to details and organized.

· A fast worker who is able to deliver under tight timelines.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice

1. Assist to identify and correct unsafe conditions and work practices;
2. Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace;
3. Ensure that all works are performed according to the approved method statement, risk assessment, and SWP;
4. Maintain all equipment and machinery on site and ensure all required certificates are in place;
5. Conduct and keep record of daily WSHE inspection;
6. Carry out daily joint WSHE inspection together with sub-contractor’s WSH Coordinator/ Supervisor and timely rectify any unsafe acts or conditions;
7. Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events;
