Technical and Administrative Support:

• Interpret and review project drawings and specifications.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including contracts and safety records and submission (eg. Risk Assessments etc).

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or construction-related fields.
• Valid CSOC /BCSS certification (mandatory).
• Class 3 driving license (have own vehicle an added advantage, not a must).
• At least 3-4 years of experience in the construction, renovation and/or A&A industry.
• Knowledge of tendering processes and safety regulations.
• Strong multitasking, leadership, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the operation manager on daily sales and order processing as well as to work closely with the operation manager on all project and/or budgetary enquiries
• Ensures that all urgent correspondence and enquiries to be carried out efficiently and report to operation manager if and when necessary
• You are also responsible to resolve minor issues of a non-technical nature and to report major issues to operation manager for a solution
• Compile an updated file for pricing from local and overseas vendors for submission to the operation on a monthly basis
