An ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Installation Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the installation of ACMV. 1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Installation Supervision: Monitor the installation of ACMV systems such as ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs (Air Handling Units), FCUs (Fan Coil Units), BMS system, ESCS system, Jet Fan system and other components.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that the installation is carried out according to safety regulations and that all team members are adhering to safety protocols (e.g., wearing PPE, following safety guidelines).

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical /site issues, constraint that arise during installation, working closely with engineers and technicians to provide solutions.

• Adjustment & Modification: Recommend and implement necessary adjustments or modifications during the installation process to address unforeseen issues or improve efficiency.

4. Liaison with Stakeholders

• Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that the client's requirements and expectations are met.
• Coordination with Engineers: Work closely with Supervisor, Engineers, Designers, BIM team and Project Manager to ensure the installation meets design specifications and standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular progress updates and reports to Project Managers, Site engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including daily site reports, inspection reports, and material usage logs.

6. Inspection & Testing

• Pre-commissioning Tests: Coordinate pre-commissioning tests, including leak testing of ductwork and piping, to verify the systems' integrity and performance. ACMV RI and TOP items inspection preparation and check before RI and TOP inspections.

7. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance

• Safety Training: Conduct safety briefings and ensure all workers are trained in safety practices specific to ACMV installation.
• Environmental Compliance: Ensure that installation practices are environmentally friendly, reducing wastage, managing emissions, and recycling materials where possible.

• Site Attendance: To attend everyday morning exercise and tool box meeting as per main con scheduled timing, conduct site walk to check and monitor site progress and arrange subcon workers and direct workers for necessary work to carry out.
• Permit Application: Apply Permit to Work (PTW) and other necessary permit such as Work at height, hot work, confined space, etc via main con NOVADE application platform.

8. Coordination of Multiple Trades

• Sequencing Work: Ensure that ACMV installation is sequenced properly in relation to other trades and that all work is integrated effectively within the overall project.

• Able to read on AutoCAD drawings for project submission and check for accuracy.
• Ensure all submitted drawings have obtained approval by management and the client before starting works
• Prepare and submit site progress report during site installation and report any non-compliance of safety or technical issues and incidents to the management.
• To ensure all teams complete the planned work daily and weekly.
• To organize and file all documents for each project.
• Liaise with authority & clients.
• Check the quality and workmanship to ensure all standards are being met and ensure the accuracy of the items being produced before items are delivered, installed or collected.

Requirements.

* A Diploma/Bacnehlor certificate in civil engineering

* Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.

* Able to work with multiple discipline projects

* At least 8 years working experice in construction project. Working in a private house will be an advanced privilege.

• Responsible for work in all phases of the Architectural process
• Organised, deliver and record Architectural Coordinated Design, Progress Of Work, Variation Order and Certification of work done for assigned project.

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Civil Engineering and Architectural.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed
• Required Skills: BIM, AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOT
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to start work within short notice preferred
• 5 days work week

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor project progress against contractual requirements and provide status updates for management reporting
2. Manage, schedule, and keep track of site progress for manpower allocation
3. Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural, and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance with the defined standards and safety regulations
4. Provide regular reports to the Management on the progress of overall works in assigned projects
5. Ensure Risks Management issues are being tracked, mitigated, and resolved
6. Correspond, document, organize, and attend meetings of the project from time to time
7. Attend technical meetings or site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions
8. Ensure the site works are carried out according to specifications / drawings

Job Requirement:

1. Able to work independently with construction sector working-experience as project coordinator in maincon companies.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience
3. Well-versed in the operations, coordination and details for architectural, structural and M&E field works
4. Strong leadership to monitor Coordinators and Foremen for the works executed
5. Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts
6. Able work under stress environment

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
