Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Ship Repair and Maintenance Provider
• Position Title: Sales cum Admin Coordinator
• Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Transportation Provided)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,300 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently to the appropriate departments.
• Perform a variety of general administrative duties to support daily operations.
• Conduct data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and proper filing of documents.
• Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), managing worklists and timesheets, and handling other administrative tasks as required.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and provide quotations.
• Coordinate with the subsidiary factory in Malaysia for order processing.
• Manage invoices, delivery orders, accounts, and payment collections.
• Arrange goods delivery with the logistics department.

Requirements

• Min. GCE ‘O’ level & relevant experience in the construction trade.
• Sales and marketing experience in powder coating, PVDF coating, or cladding for aluminium facade products is an added advantage.
• Fluent in MANDARIN and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
