Job Overview:

• We are seeking a proactive individual to lead IT initiatives and ensure operational excellence for airport systems. The role involves managing the analysis, implementation, and operation of IT solutions and services within the airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather user requirements and deliver effective IT solutions.
• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to propose solutions and define key performance metrics.
• Ensure projects meet technical, functional, and business requirements through effective project and change management.
• Oversee 24/7 operations, maintenance, and compliance of airport IT systems, adhering to industry best practices.
• Continuously review and improve IT and business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience.
• ITSM and IT Project Management certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of Networking, System Administration, and Cyber Security is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Team player with problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist to review of contractual documents and technical specifications

To be involved together with the Senior Project Engineer/Manager for kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members are clear on the objectives, deliverables, quality, lead-time, complexities and carry out the project execution and contingency plan, if any

Assist Senior Engineer/Manager to monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule, ie. By comparing the planned vs actual progress status, identify critical activities, improvements and/or contingency plans if any

To be involved in technical meetings and assist in preparation change request submission as required

To be fully in-charge of the coordination of the project, from the kick-off to delivery to client and commissioning work, including coordinating with the respective support units to ensure project is on schedule

Preparations of the project documentations, furnishing drawings and documentations/reports to clients as requested Liaise with clients to keep them updated of latest schedule of changes if any

Monitor on the work progress based on project timeline

Keep track of project status, prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports as required

Work closely with Project Manager/Engineer to set up and maintain an efficient document control register, system and procedures Prepare document transmittal and submissions to clients

Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for updates and documentation

Ensure documentation register is up-to-date with latest revision of documents, both received and submitted Ensure all project documents are properly files, stored and archived for future reference.

Carry out other duties as and when assigned by immediate superior or higher management.

Job Requirements:

Min GCE O Level / A Level / Diploma

Min 1 - 2 years experience in Project and Documentation Control Project management and organisational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritise and perform work in a timely manner. Perform duties with accuracy and with strong degree of urgency Highly organised and a team player

Capability to multi-task, respond to change, and adapt accordingly Time management and effective communication
