Responsibilities:

• Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades
• Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
• Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities' code and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s
• Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry
• Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapapore
• Perferable knowledge for BIM software / Autodesk Revit

Responsibilities

• Report to the Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager, or Project Engineer.
• Planning and coordination of architectural works on-site to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Supervise and inspect construction activities to confirm compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to address technical and design-related challenges.
• Review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with structural, mechanical, and electrical components of the project.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues related to design and detailing, ensuring a seamless workflow.
• Support the submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements as required.
• Liaise with the project team to resolve discrepancies and provide timely updates on project milestones.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management to support project delivery.
• Lead and guide RC (Reinforced Concrete) workers, if applicable, to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Workplace Coordinator

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Procurement and Vendor Management:

• Benchmark services with daily, monthly and periodic reviews/audits;
• Administrative with regards to reports/finance/document submission;
• Co-ordinate and monitor the contractor management program.

Facilities Operations:

• Ensure building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems. Account consistency will be of importance;
• Support the Preventive and Planned Maintenance program to minimize maintenance, repair and replacement costs together with minimizing the risk of failure for both Soft & Hard Services;
• Closely monitors Operations Procedures to ensure service standards are maintained;
• Monitor site policies & procedures on IFM related matter and ensure adherence;
• Implement, comply with and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance;
• Assist with the coordination of MIMO and other relocations activities,
• Support Financial Management requirements in a timely and accurate manner;
• Manage and track office inventory including office supplies, pantry supplies, cleaning supplies, and restroom consumable supplies and report to AFM/PFM with any issues

Communication and Relationship Coordination

• Deliver delivers meaningful inputs across in the development of the monthly management reports;
• Ensure appropriate and timely follow ups with customers.

Training:

• Support the AFM/FM to ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems
• Assign buddies for new team members to ensure teamwork, consistency & rationalization of the team

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the safety and security of the site by monitoring activities, providing training to staff, and responding to emergencies
• Manage staff schedules and tasks to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry laws, regulations, and policies

• Oversee the daily operations at the site, including customer service, inventory, order processing, and maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities

· Comply and assist in implementing the requirements of the WSH Act and all its subsidiary and statutory legal legislations.

· Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions, prepares inspection report for project team to take an immediate action.

· To investigate accidents / incidents / dangerous occurrences & put up reports & recommend remedial actions.

· Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting.

· Inspect project sites to ensure safety measures are being carried out at all times.

· To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site

· Work closely with WSHO and safety personnel to ensure safety are compliance

· To participate in mass safety talk, tool box meeting and
housekeeping.

Requirements

· WSQ in Workplace Safety and Health.

· WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.

· Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Knowledge of ISO and OSHA safety standard.

· A fast worker who is able to deliver under tight timelines.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
