i) To work with the PM to comply with environmental, health & safety (EHS) laws laws, advise PM on environmental remediation measures, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards

6、Job Responsibilities（工作职责）：

(1) Coordinate C&S designs and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.

(2) Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment between C&S designs and other disciplines.

(3) Review and provide input on civil and structural design drawings and documentation.

(4) Resolve design issues during construction and provide technical support to the site team.

(5) Ensure the integration of C&S designs with the architectural and M&E (mechanical & electrical) systems.

(6) Conduct design coordination meetings with consultants and project stakeholders.

(8) Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards in civil and structural design implementations.

(14) Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams and coordinating between design and construction teams.

(15) With certification of C&S in Singapore.

(16) Good speaking and writing in both English and Chinese.

Our Inventory Coordinator is responsible for handling end-to-end Inventory Management process. Job scope involves managing Incoming and Outgoing shipments, Managing Material Receipts & Issuance and ensuring Inventory accuracy in system at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Handle Incoming and Outgoing shipments.
• Handle Material Receipts & Issuance in accordance to Company Procedure.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities and when stock reaches designated reorder point.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through conducting all inventory transactions related to shipping, receiving, work orders and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Conduct all transactions related to parent/child asset relationships accurately and in a timely manner.
• Run and initiate cycle count reports on a daily basis.
• Provide variance explanation, if needed.
• Know and understand Company Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of the Company.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
