Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or other BIM tools.

Translate 2D drawings and sketches into 3D models.

Incorporate project-specific standards and specifications into the BIM models

Technical skills

Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

Familiarity with project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Procore).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in the implementation of the Safety Management System on the worksite
• Inspection of site daily and take appropriate corrective actions; prepares inspection report for the Construction Manager for immediate action
• Conduct in-house safety orientation for all new joiners to the site, and also conduct daily tool box meeting
• Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are being carried out at all times
• To conduct risk assessment and identify safety hazards on site
• Work closely with safety officer and safety personnel to ensure safety compliance are met

Job Description:

To organize and arrange all the necessity of the daily site operation matter, first thing in the morning.

• Understand and familiar with the contract requirement and specification.
• Superior of architectural supervisor and architectural foremen and draughts man.
• Liaise with all consultants on any architectural design and construction issues.
• To conduct architectural sub-contractor meeting.
• Liaise with project team on all the architectural & coordination shop drawings.
• Responsible on the material submission for architect and owner approval.
• Liaise with PM on sub-contractor and supplier matters.
• To counter propose on the architectural materials and designs for the ease of construction and cost effective.
• Monitoring of VO on the architectural items with all the substantiation to PM.
• Monitoring of architectural schedule, materials submission and material delivery.
• Maintain records in accordance to ISO procedure.
• To advise project team on the architectural matters.
• Plan and advise architectural supervisor and foremen on the architectural construction sequencing and arrangement.
• Liaise with Project manager on the CONQUAS/QM assessment.
• Inspect architectural works carried out by sub-contractors and accompany client architect (if necessary) to inspect the works.
• To compile all the TOP document from sub-contractor and supplier for the RI inspection and BCA submission.
• To support on the handing over kit and defects monitoring min 3 months after TOP.
• To monitor and submit as built architectural drawing 2 months before TOP.
• Responsible to work extra hours for any operation after working hour are deemed to be part of the overall responsibility.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by your reporting PM.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ or relevant experience in Singapore
• Good organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades
• Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
• Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities' code and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor’s
• Degree in Building or Architectural from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry
• Preferable experiences in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapapore
• Perferable knowledge for BIM software / Autodesk Revit
