Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining outreach databases and tracking outreach activities and outcomes.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and publicity efforts for outreach events, workshops, and community programs.
• Build and maintain a photo repository of outreach events, capturing and organising photos for future use in promotional materials and reports.
• Produce post-event reports to keep Management informed about outreach efforts and results.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing correspondence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong interest in community outreach and event planning
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in promotional activities and video editing is an advantage
