Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 1 of experience in partner management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Source, screen, and recruit skilled workers, engineers, project managers, and other construction-related roles.
   Partner with site managers to understand workforce needs and plan manpower accordingly.

5. Performance Management:Monitor employee performance, especially site-based workers, to ensure project efficiency.
   Support managers in conducting appraisals, setting performance benchmarks, and recognizing high performers.
   Develop retention strategies for critical construction roles.
   
6. Workforce Planning & Deployment:Collaborate with project managers to plan manpower allocation across multiple construction sites.
   Manage workforce schedules, shift rotations, and site transfers as needed.
   Forecast workforce requirements based on project timelines.
   
7. Health & Safety Compliance:Partner with safety officers to promote a safe working environment.
   Address occupational health concerns and manage insurance claims related to workplace injuries.
   Organize health and wellness programs for employees.
   
8. HR Policies & Procedures:Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies specific to construction operations.
   Ensure policies are inclusive, promote diversity, and respect local cultural norms (especially on international sites).
   Regularly review and update policies to align with industry and organizational changes.
   
9. Payroll & Compensation:Assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary payments for site and office staff.
   Handle benefits administration, such as overtime, bonuses, and allowances for construction workers.
   Address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
   
10. HR Reporting:

• Provide regular reports on recruitment, attrition, workforce demographics, and training outcomes.
• Analyze trends in employee data to improve HR practices and support business objectives.

Working in our team you will have the opportunity to offer a wide range of products and services, including more complex customised glass features that would require some design input through working with your colleagues in the Design Team.

The role requires an eye for design, ability to learn quickly about the medium of glass, and a strong motivation to win more customers and sales both locally and overseas.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to strengthen and expand customer base
• Maintain existing client relationships and build new ones
• Build and maintain good rapport with Synergraphic Design’s clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors and owners
• Attend preliminary sales and site meetings to obtain drawings and design brief from client
• Keep abreast of current design and market trends and identify how our solutions meet them
• Be involved in the preliminary creative process leading to the final presentation of proposals, including visuals and models
• Prepare marketing kit prior to presentation of proposals to Synergraphic Design’s clients including samples.
• Maintain client account relationships while work order is being processed and fulfilled by our project and production team to ensure overall successful project completion to clients’ satisfaction

Technical Skills

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business, Interior Design or equivalent
• Preferable 3 years sales experience in related design / high-end building material / soft furnishing fields
• Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
• Must have a good eye for design
• Ability to read architectural drawings will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Soft Skills

• Passionate about design and connecting with people, with a pleasant disposition, self-motivated, good at problem-solving and result-oriented
• Not afraid to deal with difficult clients and able to manage clients despite any challenges faced
• Strong ability to negotiate

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Update inventory records
• Purchase supplies according to approved specifications
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of suppliers
• Coordinate with outlets on stock supplies and demands, ensure timely delivery to outlets.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Ensure quality control following the Company’s policies and standard protocols of supply chain management
• Coordinate well with Procurement and Logistics Team
