We're seeking a talented and motivated BPS Presales Solution Architect to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales support team, you'll leverage your technical and business expertise to drive sales success throughout the sales cycle.

Salary budget is around SGD 15K base salary + OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales teams to uncover client needs and craft customized solutions.
• Perform in-depth needs assessments, analyzing client processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Design and deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Develop comprehensive solutions, incorporating process maps, technology architectures, and implementation plans.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
• Facilitate collaborative workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable.
• Develop detailed cost estimates and pricing models.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials.
• Support sales teams in closing deals by providing technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in presales, consulting, or a related BPS industry role.
• In-depth understanding of BPS service offerings, including Customer Service, F&A, HRO, and Revenue Operations.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as AI, automation, analytics, cloud computing, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with specific BPS platforms or technologies.
• Industry-recognized certifications related to BPS or relevant technologies.
• Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.

Requirements:

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Computer Science); advanced degree a plus.

2.Experience: More than 8 years in leadership roles, investment and financing management, with a background in non-profits or tech is preferred.

3.Skills: Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and people leadership. Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.

4.Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI, its applications, and experience in tech ecosystem application.
