JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for the industry
• Preferably with experience in wholesale/retail packaging and good knowledge in Wholesale trade products distributions through various channels
• 2A/2B/Class 3 compulsory. Preferably posses own transport. (Required to travel from time to time)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with PSOEB officers to customize the JSA programme to cater to the learning needs of the JSA students
• Monitor the participation of the students and take appropriate action to follow up with the absentees and parents on a weekly basis
• Monitor and assess students’ wellbeing and development
• Ensure that the coaches and auxillary manpower adhere to the standard operating procedures of the JSA programme
• Review and evaluate the coaches and auxillary manpower’s work ethics and performance

• To manage end-to-end process of programme information/promotional material deliverables and metadata to clients after the conclusion of sales.
• This involves working with various stakeholders across the organisation and external stakeholders in the course of programme material collation.
