RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue), ensuring proper configuration and functionality.

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. • Manage the financial & contractual provisions of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc
• Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
• Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
• Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
• Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.

• Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Support the application process for Visas for the IBO team. Liaison with travel agencies, embassies and other group companies to confirm the latest Visa requirements for travel designations.
• Support EA to manage IBO team’s calendars.
• Manage official communications, including calls and emails. Act of point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events. Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
• Assist in reconciling and verifying the IBO team’s travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company’s business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims, etc via our system.
