RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue), ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
• Conduct thorough pre-checks to ensure sound, light, and video systems and logistical requirements for all events are met.
• Standby and manning of sound, light, and video systems for rehearsals and during event days.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during events.
• Recover and account for all AV equipment after events, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Perform periodic maintenance on sound, light, and video equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist in annual stock-takes of all AV equipment and update inventory records accurately.
• Prepare event directional and digital room signage according to event requirements.
• Prepare car park and cleaning work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure meeting rooms are ready for use.
• Conduct joint inspections with event organizers for handover and takeover of venue spaces.

Aramex Singapore is expanding and we are seeking Field Sales Executive to join our Singapore team and will be reporting to the Head of Sales.

What are the roles and responsibilities?

• Source opportunities and acquire new business revenue for Aramex domestic express services, focusing on multi-channel retailers and brands.
• Identify, gain, and develop account opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

This above role will play a crucial role in supporting the main Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operation of the International Business Office (IBO) administrative functions.

• Assist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Support the application process for Visas for the IBO team. Liaison with travel agencies, embassies and other group companies to confirm the latest Visa requirements for travel designations.
• Support EA to manage IBO team’s calendars.
• Manage official communications, including calls and emails. Act of point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and organizing both internal and external meetings and events. Ensure timely communication and preparation with all relevant parties.
• Assist in reconciling and verifying the IBO team’s travel and entertainment claims in accordance with the Company’s business expense policy. This includes preparing travel requisition and submission of claims, etc via our system.
• Organise and maintain records, files and documents relating to IBO administration
• Assist in drafting and reviewing memos, letters and other correspondences
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
• Taking detailed meeting minutes
• Administrative duties and any other duties assigned by the Executive Assistant.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the full spectrum of online marketing sales and campaigns.

· Responsible for e-commerce projects in the pipeline and to work with individuals and teams to ensure that they are delivered on time.

· To drive the sales process consistently to meet or exceed targets.

· Plan, develop and implement strategies within company’s budget to attract and retain online customers. This could range from implementing and optimizing digital ads strategies or improving the user experience of our website and develop new content to improve conversion rates.

· Chiefly responsible for managing the website content: e.g. banners, promotions, product designs and more.

· To implement marketing initiatives through Company website, Facebook, EDM and SMS channels.

· Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize and develop brand-wide marketing initiatives.

· Tracking and analysis of customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities.

· Compiling and creating reports for all online marketing campaign status and progress.

REQUIREMENTS
