• Maintain and update particulars and credit limits of customer accounts in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate or circulate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and AR status reports for management and for HQ.
• Liaise with insurer and apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks in respect of bank guarantees including but not limited to letters of credit.
• Check supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Senior Financial Controller/ Assistant Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing all retail operations and ensuring productivity levels are met.
• Promote products, handle and follow up with customer inquiries.
• Achieve personal monthly sales target.
• Handle promotional activities end-to-end and assist in store events, roadshow, cross-branding collaborations and marketing initiatives
• Participate in off-site special events and other related activities outside store operations that include Inventory management, POS/invoicing, etc.

What you need to succeed:

• Possess a Diploma or equivalent certification.

• 1-2 years handling lower trade or modern trade
• Local class 3 driving license preferred with own vehicle
• Have foresight and eager to build and sustain long term relationship with our customers.
• Good team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to engage and assist with all retail & supermarket initiatives and activities.
• Min. 3 years of handling Supermarket account experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft system and related software.

Purpose and Scope

The Architectural Associate plays a pivotal position in design and development of projects, interacting and consulting with design and construction professional counterparts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for construction project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
• Prepare and submit building plans and Building Plan clearances
• Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
• Assist in tender process
• Contract and construction management
• TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Masters in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in Architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)
• Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Only Singaporean
