What does it take to become a Civican?

Civica is looking for Administrative Executives to be part of the Project Team for a 1-month contract to perform administrative and data entry duties. As an Administrative Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required. Contractual period is strictly from 3rd July 2024 – 31st July 2024.

• Basic IT skills and computer literacy is a must.
• Proficient in MS Office, able to use Vlookup function and conditional formatting in Excel.
• Highly organised, driven and proactive in approach.
• Excellent time management skills and self-motivation.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Duties and responsibilities of your role may change from time to time to meet the needs and requirements of the business. This is a temporary role that allows you to work from home as well.

Interns, diploma undergrads or students with A 'Levels who are waiting for results to go university can also apply.
