This is a full-time role based in our City hall office. As a Senior Corporate Secretarial Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with all aspects of corporate compliance and company secretarial duties.

What you'll be doing

• In charge of a portfolio of clients for the corporate secretarial work
• Advising clients on statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
• Preparing and filing all necessary documents and forms with the relevant authorities
• Organising and attending board and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and other supporting materials
• Maintaining statutory registers and records for client companies
• Providing guidance and support to clients on good corporate governance practices

What will I be doing?

As the Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Account for and audit all purchase orders, receive records and suppliers’ invoices (purchase invoices matching procedure).
