The role

Reporting directly to the Singapore Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall marketing strategy across all omni channel touchpoints - including digital, retail and influencer pillars for Singapore. You will also be responsible in developing and executing campaign and content strategies to elevate Love, Bonito’s brand awareness and love, increase product visibility, and drive sales growth.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Marketing and Creative teams to develop brand moments and effective marketing campaign levers aligned with overall business outcomes and brand objectives
• Plan and execute compelling, performance-driven and brand-led campaigns across multiple marketing touchpoints, ensuring a smooth customer journey online and in-stores

About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager for the APAC region is a newly created role to help us define, execute, measure and refine a compelling top of the funnel revenue strategy for Visa Cross-Border Solutions, inclusive of Currencycloud brand. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with more than 5 years of experience in technology, information or cyber risk management, information security or enterprise architecture.

• Minimum of two years direct information security experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, threat hunting, red teaming or similar roles.

Operations Duties

· Terminal Cost Calculation: Calculate container/Cargo terminal costs based on operational requirements and relevant cost factors. Take responsibility for maintaining an accurate operational list, which includes capturing all chargeable units and those of partner slot units. This involves double-checking data entry and verifying information to maintain data integrity.

· Collaboration with the Operational team, Finance team, and Digital team to gather necessary information, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

· Maintain proper documentation of terminal costs and prepare reports which may include cost breakdowns, variance analysis, and trend analysis to improve the accuracy and efficiency of cost calculations, and reporting process.

· Verify and Issue POs under SAP for operational purchase pertaining to crew expenses and all other 3rdparty principals outside Swire Shipping Pte Ltd.

Finance Duties

· Prepare and post journals for month-end close (i.e. agency revenue, crew advances/bonus, logistics expenses reclassifications, and all adjustments relating to Agency). He or she is required to work independently and has a comprehensive understanding of GL codes and apply the necessary parameters for different financial transactions.

· Institute agency fee recoveries against Ship Management for services rendered pertaining to crew change fees and expenses.

· Liaise with other 3rd party principals and AR on agency fees and cost recoveries pertaining to agency services rendered in respect of crew change and other cost outlays incurred on behalf of such principals. This includes performing reconciliation, matching and clearing of GL account.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
• Preferably with at least 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firms
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
• Positive working attitude with strong initiative and a team player

Job Description:

1. Handle daily restaurant operations (Both Hall Operation and Kitchen Operation)

2. Manager-in-charge if Restaurant Manager is not

3. Involve in Schedule planning and Sales opening and closing.

4. Provide excellent customer service to our guests.

5. Respond efficiently to customer complaints.

6. Responsible in ensuring smooth operating of the restaurant.

7. Any others duties assigned by Restaurant Manager.

Job Requirements

4. Preferable with 3-5 years of experience in F&B industry, experience in Japanese restaurants is a bonus.
