Job description

• Work closely with the Programmes Manager to provide the necessary administrative and logistical support for programmes planning and execution
• Assist in programme development
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Source for training programmes
• Organize, plan and coordinate training sessions
• Ensure availability and working condition of training materials, training room and tea-break/lunch
• Track and compile attendance records
• Update and maintain training records
• Consolidate training feedback and suggest improvement plans
• Prepare and issue training certificates
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Programmes and Partnerships

Job Description & Requirements

• Design and drafting of infrastructure/ Water / building engineering works (Structural / Mechanical / Electrical).
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering.
• Preparation of design report, calculation, drawings, specification, cost estimation and details/ schedules for projects.
• Assist Project Manager in up-keeping the project ISO quality documentation and records.
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports.
• Assist Professional Engineer in liaison preparation and follow up of authority submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedures
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM
