• Prepare freight documents and handle customs declarations and Tradenet operations.
• Handle import shipments, including GST payments, export permits and certificates of origin.
• Execute AWB based on customer service instructions ad comply with terminal/airline requirements.
• Monitor shipments status and update customers timely.
• Attend to customers’ inquiries via email as needed.
• Resolve issues with customers, customs officials and agents/shipping.
• Work effectively in a team, communicating and understanding workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum with N Level Qualifications
• Previous experience in related role
