Operations:

Tenancy Fit-Out:

• Attend to tenant feedback and request
• In-charge of tenancy fitting-out & handover/takeover process including the administrative works (handover letters, reinstatement letters, etc..)
• Assists to prepare and conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works
• Maintain good relationship with tenants
• Ensure all the authority approval before maintenance work is permitted
• Overseeing contractors performance & renew contract before expiry
• In-charge of some other ad-hoc projects

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Finance Executive, reporting to the Finance Manager. The role should have hands-on experience in handling finance operations across group entities. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our IT department as an Invoicing and IT Contracts Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the invoicing processes within the IT department, including engagement with chosen vendors for onboarding and ensuring accuracy of invoicing. Overall:
