Your responsibilities will include (a) Effectively and efficiently managing the Client Services team and (b) Overseeing and driving initiatives aimed at improving strategies to better serve the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or of related discipline
• At least 2 - 5 years of marketing experience within agency
• Experienced in agency operations and workflow
• Experienced in leading and guiding a team

Position: Account Executive
Salary: Up to $3,500

Location: Raffles
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable: Process and issue tenant invoices, track and follow up on overdue payments.
• Accounts Payable: Record vendor invoices and manage payment processing.
• General Ledger: Prepare journal entries and financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of GST, Income Tax, and Budget reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal and accounting controls.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the property or real estate sector will be advantageous.
• Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., Voyager, Yardi).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of full-set accounting, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
• Experience with debt management will be advantageous.
