What we're looking for

As a Sales Executive, you play an important role in between the company business activities and customers, as well as related trade parties by processing/coordinating related work. You are responsible to understand customers’ needs, respond to company general matters and provide assistance in the service fulfillment process, which includes communicating, handling point of sales inquiries, tender processing, attend feedback meeting, attend to site matter feedback, following up on trade matters, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales, tender, quotation, other trade documentation to comply with regulatory requirements, client specifications and company guidelines
• Assist in costing calculations and site surveying
• Generate prospective leads
• Prepare presentation materials and conduct presentations to clients
• Manage and process sales opportunity till case closed
• Provide customer support for sales via email, live chat, and call-in
• Coordinate and Consolidate information with the relevant departments to meet customer/trade parties requirements
• Manage sales documents/activities with various business portal
• Understand and apply, monitor operational policies, standards, and procedures.
• Liaising with operation/client/internal department for routine matter monitoring
• Conduct customer survey regularly
• Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2-year related Sales Administration or relevant role
• Speed and accuracy
• Accountability towards your task
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fair command to handle a variety of software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc. to produce correspondence and documents, prepare presentation slides, spreadsheets and databases
• Organizing and storing/filing of correspondence, documents and computer-based information
• Handle confidential information in a professional manner
• Proven sales track record
• Market knowledge in Housekeeping, Environmental, Facilities Management is preferred
• Time management and planning skills

Responsibilities:

• The sale of new and renewal service agreements to potential customers.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with customers to ensure profitable growth and customer retention.
• Prepare quotations and tenders and negotiate their terms according to company contractual instructions and grant approvals.
• Follow good CRM practices on all sales case and activity monitoring.
• Proper execution of business reviews for the related agreements, utilizing the online customer portal.
• Responsible for proper handover of all agreement details to administrators/planners and coordinate any needed changes during active agreement period.
• Assist finance and administrators to follow up with customers to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of any overdue debts.
• Actively promote other non-agreement services and products, focusing on asset modernizations and spare part needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of Engineering or Sales experience.
• Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools.
