SPA Receptionist and Sales Executive
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an SPA Receptionist with the need to do Sales in this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests, scheduling appointments, managing the front desk, and assisting with sales of spa products and services.
Role & Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive first impression.
Efficiently manage the front desk, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
Provide accurate and informative information about spa services and products.
Assist with sales of spa products and services, achieving individual sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Sales experience is a plus.
Competitive salary of $2,300 to $5,000 per month, depending on experience.
