Job Scope

• Identify and prospect new business/clients via sales/cold-calling and sales activities.

• Generate new sales leads, contract negotiation and sales closure.

• Responsible for delivering expected sales revenue target and profitability.

• Attend to customers feedback/ complaints and follow up with high-quality after sales services.

• Act as the customers' main point of contact, by liaising closely with the relevant departments to ensure that their queries, problems, or issues are deal with appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of Sales / Business Development/ Account management experiences across freight forwarding industry.

• Experience in any vertical market and strong knowledge in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea) is preferred.

• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales target is a plus.

• Have relevant experiences on operation work in Air or Ocean operation department will be at advantage.

• Fast learner and passion in sales.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support daily sales operations activities
Prepare quotations and sales orders
Assist the sales department with administrative tasks as required
Monitor pending orders and provide updates to customers
Generate invoices & credit notes and to ensure timely payment from customers
Prepare shipping information/documents and liaise with the finance department

Requirements

Min GCE ''O'' level

Experience in similar roles in automotive Spare parts will be advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Dynamic, meticulous, and customer service-oriented
Strong organisational skills with a self-driven and problem-solving mindset

Basic UP $3500 + Attractive Comissions

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates will be trained to build, grow and serve customer accounts to achieve established sales targets and management objectives.
• Handling Sales Enquires, Generate Quotation, Product/Solution Presentation, Addressing Customers’ Requirements
• Customer Account Management
• Attend exhibition and Seminar participation

Job Requirement:

• Nitec/ Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical/ Telecommunication/ Engineering related background
• Preference with 1 year of sales experience in similar industry
