Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and sales leads, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Conduct thorough requirement gathering to understand clients' specific gifting needs.
- Collaborate closely with the design and procurement teams to brainstorm innovative gift ideas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals that cater to clients' unique preferences.
- Generate accurate quotations and invoices for seamless transactions.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is mandatory for effective communication with diverse clients and suppliers from China
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word, to streamline various tasks.
- Minimum of 0.5 year experience in sales for associate-level applicants and 3 years for managerial-level applicants.
- Candidates with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in other languages will be viewed positively.
- Prior experience in corporate gifts and merchandising is a bonus.
