• Perform production administrative duties such as filing, collecting orders, processing job orders, answer to customer need
• Assist in document preparation and data entry
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and administrative work as assigned

• Basic computer knowledge
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associate
