Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for Singapore employees
• Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate SAP employee data for payroll, retaining documentation for audits.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll promptly.
• Act as the point of contact for payroll and timekeeping systems, handling troubleshooting.
• Prepare and provide payroll, travel, and business expense information for month-end and ledger posting.
• Track and recharge payroll-related costs to affiliates.
• Complete and review periodic and year-end reporting.
• Respond to auditor inquiries and local tax/government requests.
• Provide support in Finance/payroll system testing and implementation projects.
• Assist in testing employee data integrity with payroll vendor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or any other relevant discipline.

• Firm understanding of payroll processing principles

Job Description

Collaborate with Tokyo HQ, Department Head and local staff at offices and subsidiaries, to develop new energy related projects, especially for hydrogen and e-fuel (i.e. SAF and e-Methanol) related projects, that are in line with MC Next Generation Energy Business Group strategy.

• As a part of project development team members, support i) execution of hydrogen demonstration project funded by Singapore government, ii) development activities of a) hydrogen commercial supply chain project in Singapore and b) e-fuel commercial supply chain project in Singapore.
• Plan, liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on queries or general correspondence necessary for smooth execution of project.
• Responsible to flag out any key issues/problems during project development and propose possible solutions to relevant parties.
• Manage the license renewal of Company’s Supply Registry SY05 workhead via BCA’s eBACS system.
• Initiate local intelligence/information gathering activities (such as formal/informal meetings with consultants, partners or other business associates) to obtain any valuable and meaningful insights in relation to MCSIN’s ongoing business initiatives/strategies.
• Any other ad-hoc related tasks to be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Attained Certificate of Attendance in Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) by BCA Academy preferred
• 1 - 2 years of working experience, in business development in infrastructure projects and/or project execution will be an added advantage
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in MS Office applications and making good presentations
• Good command in English Language for business communications; proficiency in Japanese Language will be an added advantage for communicating with HQ

Duties and Responsibilities

Support and administer network and applications including troubleshooting on any technical issues remotely and/or on-site
Evaluate causes, implications of problems, ascertain glitches and identify possible solution options
Monitor and maintain proper inventory of hardware and software licenses
Support and administer outlets CCTVs, POS system, receipt printers, routers, etc
Compile and prepare reports regularly
Travel to stores for support when needed
Setting up, managing and maintaining IT-related equipment for new workstations or stores
Update and maintain Policy & Procedures for the IT Department

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possessing CompTIA, A+, MCTS is at an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, including printers, computers, projectors and other IT Peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, Microsoft Office, HR and Accounts Software applications, Adobe etc
• Communicate with IT vendors for the maintenance and software license expiration
• Liaise and negotiate with vendors on purchasing of office technical equipment, software required
• Manage IT security such as installation and maintaining Anti-Virus for all desktops/laptops or IT devices and perform weekly data backup for all servers.
• Create LAN Network and assign IP address when necessary
• Provide Helpdesk support for all users
• Cloning image and Setting up of new PCs / Notebooks such as creating email account, mailbox setup etc.
• Assist in setting up of CCTVs images in office premises and end users
• Good technical knowledge of the latest operating systems & network protocols.
• Performing any other IT related duties (e.g. updating of company website)
• Maintaining Software & Hardware Inventory and Proper Documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
