Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement plans to meet sales targets, manage expenses, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Market Engagement: Analyze sell-through data, engage with schools and government agencies, and explore new business opportunities in Asia to expand market share.
• Business Reviews & Negotiations: Conduct regular business reviews with key customers to evaluate performance, propose initiatives, and secure shelf space.
• Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional activities, materials, and competitor analysis to enhance product positioning and pricing.
• Policy Implementation: Enforce credit and returns policies to optimize receivables and inventory management effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• With 1 year of relevant B2B Sales Experience.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office applications.
