Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive - 1 year contract

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for preparing the full sets of financial statements for subsidiary companies, ensuring that monthly financial reports and supporting schedules are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

2. Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, tax compliance, and bank reconciliations.

3. Prepare monthly cash flow projections, the annual budget, and ad-hoc forecasts.

4. Prepare statutory filings, including financial statements and tax-related documents (corporate tax and GST).

5. Liaise with the auditors to ensure timely completion of audit and preparation of audited financial statements.

6. Ensure that internal controls are in place.

7. Any other assignments or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. A Degree in Accounting with a professional qualification preferred

2. A Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in the real estate sector

3. Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a high level of integrity

4. Ability to multi-task, handle urgent requests and work in a fast-paced environment

5. Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and a "can do" attitude

6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Navision), and Cognos is an advantage

7. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

8. Flexible, with an inquisitive mind and a strong willingness to learn and take on new finance-related tasks

• Provide product demo and presentation to walk-in customers.
• Identify the needs of customer to give customer the best experience of the products and services.
• Perform business as usual store operations procedure like store opening, ensure the cleanliness of store and store closing.
• Perform cashiering, inventory check and management and other duties as assigned by Store Manager from time to time.
