- Self starter with at least 7 years of business partnering experience

- Well versed in CRM and lead-generation systems such as Salesforce, etc

- Experience with BI systems such as Tableau and/or SQL is a plus

- Proficient in English and Mandarin as this role requires interactions with customers across multiple geographies and timezones

- Adventurous and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a high-growth environment

Company’s Profile

They are one of an established company in Singapore specialising in installation, repair and maintenance of electronics equipment relating to security systems.

Location: Toa Payoh

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, 8.30am - 6pm

Remuneration Package: Basic + AWS + VB

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales Managers to develop sales strategies, set targets, and create action plans to achieve and exceed sales goals
• Provide support and guidance to the sales team, including training, coaching, and motivation to ensure they meet their targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing the technical aspects of our products and services
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of security projects, including technical design, installation, and troubleshooting
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, contracts, and pricing negotiations
• Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve company's products and services

Requirements

• At least Diploma in Engineering Fields
• Experience in sales with strong technical knowledge of physical security systems and solutions
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
