Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger activities of the Company.
• AR billing plus portal uploading
• AR receipts reconciliation in Dashboard
• Run monthly donation AR and GL listings and reconciled
• Bank Reconciliation
• Update receipts for 5 centres plus reconciliation
• Upload PayNow bank transactions for bank reconciliation
• Support monthly closing by preparing journals, and update supporting schedules for Financial Statements.
• Assist in Payroll / Staff claims posting and reconciliation
• Assist in statutory/grant audits.
• Prior experience in XERO will be an advantage.

SKILLS

Job Description & Requirements

• Keep track of both AP and AR payments timely.
• Follow up closely with operations to resolve any unreconciled AP/ AR bank items.
• Perform day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function
• Handle accounts with different vendors
• Equipped with basic IT, analytical and MS Excel skills.

Requirements:

• Areas of study in Accounting/ Business/ Finance
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Independent, confident, meticulous, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, good team player, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Strong accounting acknowledge
• Singaporeans preferred
• Location at East
• 5.5 days work week only

• Administer all direct sales channels and the procedures related to bidding which is essential for the operation.
• Engage with designated or agreed-upon clients or prospects to advertise business offerings in a particular region or industry.
• Focuses on reaching personal sales targets, developing new business prospects, building connections with customers, and effectively addressing specific customer issues.
• Create product and service solutions, along with customized contract conditions, that satisfy clients' mid- to long-term needs while taking into account the advice of relevant internal specialists.
• Present the proposed solution to client representatives, then negotiate a deal within predetermined commercial constraints.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of Sales experience in Marine Sector.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing strategic sales plans.
