THE JOB:

1. Maintain current customer base, attend to their sales enquiries timely, ensure all orders are fulfilled to their needs and make product awareness at customers’ visit.

THE PERSON:

A. ACADEMIC

Job Description

• Achieve monthly & yearly sales target
• Develop the department’s allocated channel business (Café, Restaurants, Lower Trade)
• Conduct sales analysis and implement effective sales strategy & planning to meet sales target
• Work with department manager to plan and execute department’s project/s.
• Source for new potential business opportunities or account/s constantly to facilitate sales growth
• Regular sales visit to existing customers
• Work closely with customer to understand their requirements
• Communicate value and benefits of products effectively to generate sales opportunities
• Submit weekly report on sales calls
• Provide after sales service & problem solving solution
• Send monthly SOA & follow up with timely payment collection

Requirements

• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of sales experiences (preferably in foodservice industry)
• Frozen experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• A team player with high adaptability level and self-motivated
• Service and people-oriented individual
• Flexible, creative and strong sense of responsibility
• Candidate must possess own car

Responsibilities:

• Researching prospects for new sales opportunities within Private Hire Vehicle (PHV), leasing.
• Generating leads through creative, direct outdoor channels and ensure smooth follow-up including setting up appointments.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Managing the entire sales process including working cross functionally with other internal departments, and after-sales service team.
• Understanding customers’ needs and proposing relevant solutions.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with customers.
• Meeting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings, being proactive in conducting monthly market research of the private hire/PHV industry competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent.
• At least 2 – 5 years of experience.
• Self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
• Driven and passionate about sales.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills - very good at inter and intra-team communication.
• Strong team player and collaborative work style.

• Identify and pursue customers: Use research, referrals, networks, and cold-calling to find new customers
• Build client relationships: Provide after-sales service, respond to customer queries, and resolve objections
• Negotiate deals: Negotiate sales, costs, deliveries, and specifications with buyers and business executives
• Close sales: Convert leads into sales and close sales with customers
• Provide product presentations: Create sales presentations for clients and colleagues
• Set and track goals: Set sales targets and goals, and prepare sales reports
• Analyze data: Analyze data to improve sales approach, and monitor competitors and customer demand
• Work with other departments: Work with sales and finance departments to support payment processes, and work with cross-functional teams

Job Description:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the HVAC and Cleanroom products.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements.
• Follow up project and generate sales quotation.
• Liaises with client project personnel and fulfil the project requirement.
• Manage existing client relationship.
• Customer development for Local and Oversea Market
• To achieve yearly sale target and resolve technical issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management if required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Equivalent;
