RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Divisions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales orders and tender preparations
• Generate reports and maintenance of database
• Help to build and maintain good relationship with customers

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree holders, preferably with the background of medical, scientific or equivalent
• Prior experience in the medical/scientific equipment, devices and consumables industry would be an added advantage

Summary of the Role :

We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented inside sales executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The inside sales executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, as well as attending industry events and educational workshops as required. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.

· Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.

· Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.

· Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

· Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.

· Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.

· Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

· Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through different channels.

· Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.

· Perform 1st level troubleshooting on servers and network issues with regards to log collection/security tools.

· Generate reports on security metrics, incidents, and remediation efforts for management.

· Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, security changes, and system configurations.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma / degree in any field.

· Experience in Information Technology would be advantage.

· Able to read and speak Japanese to liaise with Japanese customers would be an advantage.

· Experience in sales in managed services will be given priority.

· Candidate excellent communication skills with no experience may apply.

· Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma in Civil Engineering or or relevant filed .
• Knowledge of basic engineering drawing.
• Preferably with prior experience in similar capacity in Architect firm and/or construction industry.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• A strong sense of achievement and motivation to excel in Sales.
• Able to speak fluently and write well in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and feedbacks from English and Mandarin speaking clients)
• Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.

Job Description:

• Proactively manage daily tasks to open accounts and follow up with customers, ensuring they visit workshops to meet monthly KPIs.
• Submit sales documents to clients promptly for quotes or payments.
• Pay attention to detail to prevent inaccuracies in documents sent to clients.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of tyres to clients.
• Think creatively to benefit Client’s business and improve profitability.
• Manage customer and company expectations daily, prioritizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of the business to ensure customer satisfaction with our services and products.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of monthly client billings.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Technical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of pedestrian automatic doors working experiences.
• Class 3 Driving License is a MUST.
