Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Telemarketer to join our sales team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct outbound calls to a targeted customer list, secure appointments for our direct sales team, and invite prospective clients to visit our solution center for a comprehensive showcase of our IT products and solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Key Job Requirements

• Experience: Min. 3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in IT products or solutions.
• Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of IT products & solutions is preferred, product training will be provided.
• Results-driven and self-motivated, have a positive attitude with excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
