• Arrange guest transportation to and from the lounge for guests requiring mobility assistance.
• Carry out reception duties as required.

• Visually inspect the lounge and surrounding vicinity to ensure the areas are clean and tidy at all times and take action to ensure this meets our standard.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Provide guidance to IT Support Engineers and Helpdesk, working closely to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement, manage and deploy endpoint solutions to end users in accordance to internal roadmap
• Provide technical support to end user requests and manage user expectations.
• Key contributor for supporting Microsoft solutions not limiting to M365 Admin Center (Intune, MDM, SharePoint & Teams)
• Manage relationships with internal business teams and outsources vendors to ensure timely support and resolution of issues.
• Crafting new guidelines, reviewing existing documentations to keep up to date with evolving times.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

You will collaborate with stakeholders on timely data submissions and accurate reporting of clinical quality indicator results. This involves data extraction and analysis, and maintaining the department’s database. In addition, you will coordinate and support Ensure Safe System (ESS) for Quality Assurance & Risk Management and liaise with ESS stakeholders to ensure standards are met.
