• Position: Admin Executive
• Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,900 + Performance Bonus (Up to 6 months)
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare memo for admin related matters like, condolences, company events, company transport schedule, etc
• Arrange and coordinate company’s driver schedule
• Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel, visa application, hotel booking and air ticket arrangement
• Handling of company official document for postage or courier
• Source for suppliers and purchase stationeries
• Arrange car park lots to all employees include clients and contractors
• Handle in-house canteen operation in term of clearness and to involve in audit weekly
• Handle the employees seating arrangement for all staffs level
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot table, V-lookup, PowerPoint and Word)
