Position: Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving long-term growth for the company by building key relationships, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating business deals. The role encompasses market research, strategic planning, and client management, all aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing the brand. The Business Development Executive also collaborates with other departments to ensure that business goals align with organizational objectives. Work scope:

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and customer needs.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business development plans to meet growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

Sales Execution:

• Manage company e-commerce platforms.

The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensures that the highest level of hospitality, delivering F&B services, Concierge services and creating an experience throughout guest stay.

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum ‘O’ level qualification
• Diploma or Degree from preferably hospitality or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in luxury hotel with at least 1 year at a supervisory level
• Excellent written and communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language
• Good technical knowledge of Heart of House and Guest Services Operations

The Role:

• Provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Working Conditions

Responsibility:

1. Support the financial management of the project, financial reporting, budgeting, human resources and procurement management.

2. Updating daily financial transaction into software and produce report to the management.

3. Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.

4. Prepare Bank reconciliation, prepare monthly, Quarterly, and annual financial Statement as per IFRS.

5. Sound knowledge on financial Reporting as per IAS and IFRS guide line.

6. Should have vast knowledge and user experience in accounting software Tally ERP-9 and SAP.

7. Keep records of all original agreements, contracts, and Memorandum of Understandings (MoU)
