The Project Manager is responsible for the managing and implementing of NTT DATA Singapore IT projects with quality, within scope and to ensure deliverables are on time and conform to processes and standards meeting customer’s requirements

Responsibilities:

• Manage application implementation, upgrading, integration, and maintenance.
• Analyse and document requirements by liaising with a range of people including users and
  managers, drawing together information needs across a distributed organization

• Delegate tasks effectively by providing clear and specific instructions and goals

Requirements:

• Typically, 6-10 years IT project management experience, preferably in the public sector. System Integration experience is preferred.
• Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and LMS 9.2 implementation, upgrading, integration, maintenance.
• Knowledge or project experience to be the team’s technical advisor when needed
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent. Certified in PM or CITPM.

Education and Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or equivalent, or

• Chief Engineer’s qualification.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of sailing experience as Senior Officer, or

• 5 years of shore experience as a technical superintendent with a ship management/owning company, or

• 5 year of combined experience of the above positions.

About the Role:

As a Regional Marketing Manager you will oversee regional marketing strategies for South East Asia (SEA) and align with the SEA Go-To-Market team to deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets. Responsibilities

We are growing our Enterprise CS team and looking to add an exceptional Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will work with our Enterprise customers and ensure their success via the rapid adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play an integral role in our business as a trusted customer advisor and serve as the customer advocate liaison between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing, among others.

• Own a portfolio of assigned accounts that may vary in market size, industry, and complexity, with a focus on ensuring value realization through the use of the Workato platform, increasing adoption across a variety of business and functional units, ensuring retention and supporting growth.
