• Deliver customer service to hotline calls, emails and walk-ins

Our client, a well-known company in the financial services industry, is looking for talent as a Telemarketer / Tele sales Executive / Sales Executive.

Job Description:

• Convert leads provided by the partner bank to sales through telemarketing.
• Handle customer enquiries with confidence.
• Correspond with customer through emails.
• Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfilment; and
• Achieve sales target for the team and individual set out by business.

Requirements:

• Minimum O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
• Sales driven and possesses can-do attitude.
