We currently have an opening for a sales professional, a “hunter” who will drive sales growth with new customers and generating additional business within existing accounts. Connecting clients to solutions through collaboration with product and sales teams across ICE Fixed Income & Data Services and ICE Exchanges. The focus will be on growing business by deploying a targeted sales strategy, building pipeline and cross selling between the existing business lines. Work in collaboration with Account Managers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within the existing account base. This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated individual who relishes being at the forefront of business activities and thrives on successes through collaboration. We seek an aggressive hunter with polished sales, pipeline management, territory management and closing skills.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for territory, taking into account industry/regulatory requirements, market trends and client requirements
Client meetings, presentations, and preparation of RFP/RFI responses
Exceed Individual sales quota
Develop and nurture strong client relationships in particular with the ‘C-Suite’ and Senior Managers
Produce accurate revenue forecasting for new business sales and keep an up-to-date pipeline, contacts and visit records in SalesForce CRM system
Develop an understanding of, and stay current on, the ICE Data Services products and solutions and their application to the market in Asia Pacific and internationally.
Understand make up of client base and assist sales team in putting in place territory plans to meet objective
Work with other senior leaders across the globe to drive top line revenue growth.
Knowledge and Experience
Knowledge and understanding of Fixed Income and Derivatives or strong background in Financial Institutional markets preferred
Comprehensive understanding of the customer use cases and business
Proven track record in quota-bearing roles including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations
Accelerate the sales process, generating leads, managing the proposal process, overcoming objections
Financial industry or data solutions experience

Prepare Shipping and Banking Documents:
· Manage the preparation and organization of all essential shipping documents such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Handle the preparation of banking documents related to Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, and payment processing to ensure smooth and timely financial transactions.
· Collaborate closely with shipping companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules, coordinate shipments, and resolve any potential issues that may arise in transit.
· Maintain ongoing communication with banks, customers, and vendors regarding shipping schedules, payment terms, and any necessary documentation for international trade transactions.
Job Requirements :
· Diploma in Shipping and Logistics, Supply chain management and other related studies
· Minimum 5 years of related working experiences in an International trading environment.
· Experience in preparation of shipping documents for import & export shipments
· Strong understanding of the intricacies of shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, export/import documentation) and banking documentation (such as Letters of Credit, and documents for international trade finance) essential for facilitating global commodity trades.
· Proficient in MS office applications (Knowledge of SAP is advantageous)
· A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills is critical to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and other third-party partners.
· Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
